Projects Abroad recruiting Director of French Recruitment Office

Projects Abroad is looking for a Bilingual Marketing Director to run our Grenoble-based recruitment office.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a sales team of around 16 people split between Grenoble, France and Rabat, Morocco.

· Develop informational materials (print & online including social media) for the French market.

· Develop relationships with universities and high schools.

· Collaborate with our UK head office and other offices around the world.

· Agree annual strategy and budget and manage these through the year.

Requirements (no exceptions):

· Fluency in French and English (this will be tested during the interview).

· Minimum 5 years sales & marketing experience, especially online marketing.

· Minimum 1 month volunteer experience in Africa, Asia or Latin America.

· University degree.

· Experience managing a budget and working with targets.

· Experience of managing a team of people consisting of various different roles.

· Knowledge of international solidarite in France is an advantage.
